Shipping

Because our products may be shipped from different locations, to customers in different locations, we charge a flat rate for shipping, based on the total weight of your order. You can see the weight of each product on the product page.

Some products have free shipping as shown on the product page. To see a list of all our products with free shipping put “free shipping” in the search box and click search. We use FedEx and UPS. Some very large items may be sent as freight.

30 - 40 pounds:      $ 40.00
40 - 50 pounds:     $ 46.00
50 - 60 pounds:    $ 54.00
60 - 70 pounds:      $ 62.00
70 - 85 pounds:    $ 92.00
85 - 100 pounds:   $100.00
100 - 150 pounds: $125.00

Over 200 pounds: $200.00 or may be recalculated at the time of purchase according to the method of shipping.   Please call for more details.

* Merry Gardeners™ ships only within the continental US.

** FedEx and UPS may charge extra when shipping items that are over sized, extra heavy or over 72 inches long (such as some of the garden tools). In these cases we also must charge extra and these charges, if any, are shown on the product page.

PROMPT & EFFICIENT SERVICE: Providing prompt and efficient service is a high priority for us. Under normal conditions your order will be shipped within 3 business days (an exception is the Midway Garden statues which can take up to 7 to 10 days to create). We will email you with the tracking number after your order ships. Orders are sometimes shipped in multiple cartons. As a result, you may not receive everything on the same day.

SHORTAGES, DAMAGES AND PROBLEMS: Please e-mail us at merry@merrygardeners.com within 8 days of receiving your order to inform us of any problems so that we may resolve the issue promptly. In the case of a damaged shipment, indicate "damaged" when signing for the package. Please keep the original carton and damaged merchandise until the claim is resolved.

CREDIT CARD POLICY: We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express

SALES TAX: California residents will have an additional 0.0825% added to their orders

C.O.D. ORDERS: We do not accept C.O.D. orders

PURCHASE ORDERS: Although we prefer payment by credit card, we will accept purchase orders from federal and state agencies, colleges, universities, and school districts. Our rules are as follows:

• The order must be on an official purchase order form from the purchasing department

• Orders can be sent by fax, e-mail or regular mail

• Payment terms will be net 30 days from date of invoice

RETURN AND CREDIT POLICY: If there is a mistake with your order which has been made by Merry Gardeners, you will receive a full refund and return merchandise freight will be paid by Merry Gardeners. If it was your mistake, then you will be responsible for both the delivery and return shipping charges plus a 20% restocking fee. The item, when returned, must be in saleable condition. Also, any returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from us so please call us or email if there has been a problem.

TERMS OF USE STATEMENT: You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.
