The Midway Garden Sprites were originally designed for the purpose of adorning and watching over Frank Lloyd Wright's Midway Gardens complex, which was built on Chicago's lakefront in 1914.

Unfortunately most of the Sprites met a premature and unfortunate demise during Prohibition when historic site was demolished in 1929. But luckily, a few were saved and eventually given to the Arizona Biltmore Resort and Spa as gifts.

These Sprites sold by Merry Gardeners are stunning reproductions authenticated by the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation. This version is 31 inches high without the pedestal. It is cast in stone and finished in sandstone and can stay outside all year round in any climate. Please note: your Sprite may not be created until an order is received and may take 2 weeks before delivery.

ON SALE

The pedestal is sold separately and not included in this price. Sprites become 42 inches high when on the pedestal. To buy, please see Midway Gardens Sprite Pedestal - item GNFLWSP.
